Parent and Friends Committee

Welcome to Iqra School Parents & Friends Committee (P&F)

The Iqra School P&F Committee was formed in 2025. It has been an active and positive part of the school community ever since.

The P&F Committee works alongside the school to organize events and activities to bring the community together and fundraise for resources for the students. To date, the fundraising has contributed towards resources both large and small, ranging from day to day supplies, such as sunscreen and art supplies for each class, to major projects, such as the upgraded playground. 

Notices about P&F meetings and upcoming events are communicated to parents on the committee. 

This year, P&F events may include:

• Cupcake day
• Helping with Athletic Day and Cross Country Organisation
• Helping with Whau Cluster Organisation

Want to get involved? There are many ways you can support the P&F Committee. Whether you want to become a regular member, or are simply able to volunteer time, expertise or other resources towards a particular event or project, we would love to hear from you.
