Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Parent interviews will be held on Wednesday 23 September and Thursday 24 September 2026.

Interview Times

• Special Character Teachers: 9:00am – 2:00pm
• Classroom Teachers: 3:45pm – 6:15pm

Parents can choose to attend their interview either face-to-face at school or online.

Bookings Are Now Open
The Interview tab is now active in Skool Loop. Please open the Skool Loop app, select Interviews, choose your child’s teacher, and book your preferred available time.

When making your booking, you can select either Face-to-Face or Online. If you choose the Online option, your child’s teacher will send you the meeting link before the scheduled interview.

Year 3 – Room 8
Please note that Ms Mahek Wadhwa (Year 3, Room 8) will not be available on 23 or 24 September. Once Ms Mahek returns, she will arrange interview times with parents separately.

We encourage all parents to book an interview to discuss their child’s learning, progress and development.

Assalamu Alaikum Parents and Caregivers,

This is an important reminder for families who have not yet paid their Attendance Dues for Term 4, 2026.

• Term: Term 4, 2026
• Attendance Dues: $250 per student
• Term 4 Payment Deadline: Monday, 12 October 2026

Please ensure that your Term 4 Attendance Dues are paid no later than Monday, 12 October 2026.

Families on an Instalment Plan

If you are currently paying your Attendance Dues through an approved instalment plan, please contact the school administration to confirm your total outstanding balance and ensure your payment arrangement will clear the full amount owing by Monday, 7 December 2026.

All outstanding Attendance Dues for 2026 must be cleared by 7 December 2026 to ensure your child/children can continue their enrolment at Iqra School for the 2027 school year. We therefore strongly encourage families to check their accounts early and ensure there is no outstanding balance remaining at the end of the year.

The school administration will also be finalising the 2026 financial records and year-end paperwork at this time. During the summer school holidays, administration staff will not be available to regularly check or follow up on payments.

If you are unsure of your outstanding balance or payment arrangement, please contact the school administration before 7 December 2026.

If you have already paid your Attendance Dues in full, please disregard this notice.

Iqra School

Assalamu Alaikum Dear Parents/Caregivers,

A friendly reminder that Friday, 18 September 2026 is a Teacher Only Day at Iqra School.

There will be no classes on this day, and students should not come to school.

School will resume as normal on Monday, 21 September 2026.

We are writing to clarify our stance regarding birthday celebrations during school hours. As part of our commitment to preserving the unique ethos and values of our school, we do not host or support individual birthday celebrations, including bringing cakes, treats, or gifts to class.

Our special character emphasizes:

Inclusivity and Unity: Ensuring all students feel equally valued every day, without comparisons or financial pressures surrounding celebrations.

Focus on Our Shared Mission: Maintaining an environment dedicated fully to our core educational and spiritual values during class time.

Simplicity and Stewardship: Encouraging a humble, shared approach to daily life within our learning community.

We completely understand that birthdays are meaningful family occasions, and families may choose to celebrate these personal milestones at home with loved ones.
