Assessment and Reporting

Students’ assessment and report is an important part of the teaching and learning process. Teachers assess and report on their students’ academic and social development throughout the year.

Term 1	Teachers are constantly assessing their students progress in literacy and numeracy as well as the other NZ curriculums. This term, teachers will send home the Term 1 Report about your child's work habits and attitudes as well as goal setting. There is a parent/ teacher interview at the end of this term.
Term 2	Our teaching staff will prepare written academic reports
Term 3	This term, teachers will send home the Term 3 Report about your child's work habits and attitudes as well as goal setting. There is a parent/ teacher interview in the middle of this term.
Term 4	End of year assessments are completed by our teaching staff. Our staff prepare the end of year written reports.
