Special Character Subjects

 

Arabic:

At Iqra students are given the opportunity to learn Arabic language four times a week. Students learn reading, writing, oral language and grammar. The program is designed to cater for both native Arabic speakers and student for whom Arabic is not the first language.

Islamic Studies:

Islamic Studies is taught 4 times a week. We teach a balanced curriculum that covers Aqida, Hadith, Seerah, Ibadat, Akhlaq, and the stories of the Prophets peace be upon them. Islamic studies is also the core of all other subjects at school.

Quran:

Quran is taught 4 times a week. In Quran class we teach Qaida, then the child moves to Quran reading and memorization. Students memorize surahs and write them down. They also learn the meaning and Tajweed of the Surah.
